The West Mercia Police recruitment team were losing hours every week manually posting jobs to multiple job boards.
They researched the market for a multi-posting platform that would reduce the time it took to post job adverts whilst allowing them to increase the volume of posting - all without adding any salary cost for the extra resources required.
Equally important was that the team should have the ability to process data quickly and easily from their ATS system (Oleeo), so it remained accurate and up to date.
Having completed their research, West Mercia Police shortlisted Idibu and one other provider. idibu was chosen as our platform proved to be the more user-friendly and cost effective, whilst providing the leaner, quicker processes they required.
idibu’s integration with Oleeo was a seamless process and keeps the ATS data clean.
Victoria Sawyer, Recruitment Business Partner at Warwickshire Police and West Mercia Police says: “idibu demonstrated how they would be able to reduce the manual posting of multiple jobs to multiple boards for less than the cost of hiring one more person.”
The West Mercia Police recruitment team have been able to dramatically speed up the job advert process. They can now post jobs on multiple boards in less than 15 minutes, whereas this had previously taken up to an hour.
The Force has also been delighted with idibu’s high-level customer support and service since implementing the idibu solution.
Victoria says: “The account management and support teams are great. We get help really quickly and they always follow up to make sure every query is resolved to our satisfaction. They’re one of the best support teams we deal with!”
She adds: “idibu have more than trebled our job posting productivity and we have been able to add on even more job boards without having to add any headcount. They have saved my team time and my organisation money.”
