The Challenge

Like many businesses similar to their own, The Access Group’s process for job posting and applicant tracking was both manual and mundane. Human error coupled with the inevitable time and resource constraints caused by completing admin tasks manually produced an overall lack of efficiency.

They knew handling of candidates could be automated but it was essential that any job multi-posting platform they were to invest in offered seamless integration with their existing CRM.

The Access Group researched various providers to compare solutions. idibu was chosen for our platform’s functionality, ease of use, price, and seamless CRM integration.

Integrating the idibu platform has enabled full automation of job posting and handling of applicant data back into the CRM. Today, The Access Group’s Talent Acquisition Team spend less time chasing missing information and CVs and the quality of applicants within the CRM has improved dramatically.

The team find the system intuitive, easy to use, and is returning significant time back to them by automating what were once manual admin tasks. They now work more effectively by processing candidates using the CV Preview tool and receive notifications of new applicants meaning they never miss a candidate.

idibu has also radically improved The Access Group’s reporting. Prior to the platform’s integration, there was poor visibility of certain reports and information. idibu helped resolve this issue with the implementation of a Full Funnel Reporting feature which provides Access with clearer, more comprehensive business insights.
