O2 is the commercial brand of Telefónica UK Limited and is a digital communications market leader. With over 23 million customers, O2 runs the 2G, 3G, and 4G networks across the UK and has over 450 retail stores. They also sponsor The O2, O2 Academy venues, and the England rugby team.
O2 (Telefonica UK) was advertising hundreds of jobs every month. It was an extremely time consuming, resource heavy process that required two full-time employees who were dedicated to posting these jobs manually to dozens of different job boards.
