The Challenge

Like many of Idibu’s clients, KDC Resource already utilised job posting software. However, their existing solution was inefficient at handing-off applicant data information into their CRM. Their attempts at addressing the problem had led to a multi-layered process using multiple software platforms that were neither intuitive nor easy to use.

Exceeding Expectations

KDC went to market to find an integrated solution and performed extensive research, comparing cost and functionality across a range of solutions.

The idibu solution stood out given its superior CRM integration. Moreover, KDC saw that it was easy-to-use, quick to post, cost effective, fully optimised, and was able to pass applicant information seamlessly, thereby ensuring the access of high-quality data and accurate reporting.

However, of equal importance to the technology for KDC was an exceptional level of customer service.

It also goes further by allowing KDC to easily view candidate records to check current status, actions taken, and where the candidate came from, ensuring a paperless audit trail of events and activity.

The idibu solution has enabled significant time and cost savings for KDC, accelerating time to hire and heavily reducing the man-hours consultants were spending retrieving information.
